Great food. Everything we ordered tasted amazing. Very good size portions. Very attentive service- one of the best I experienced in a while. Make a reservation- super busy on Saturday night as seems to be all the night. Great for couples or small/large groups.

Really really enjoyed our dinner at Istanbul Bay. Cold appetizer platter was phenomenal, especially the Beet Yogurt and the Spicy Eggplant. Main courses were very generous and the Lamb Shank was so soft it was falling off the bone. Adana and Kebab dishes were also excellent and the rice they serve as a side was incredible. Our waiter was extremely accommodating, the decor was very cool, and the food came out from the kitchen very quickly. Overall, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend.

I was visiting Marlboro, NJ to meet my cousin Farooq Chishti. We were in a mood to eat some Mediterranean or Turkish food and accidentally saw this fancy restaurant while driving by. I’m glad we made a great choice to have our dinner here. They seat you to a place of your choice, they have plenty of seating. Very nice ambiance with clean smelling fresh bathroom. Bathroom cleanliness is very important to me to judge the cleanliness of the place. Very fast and efficient service. Great presentation of food. They give you extra serving of balloon bread and other stuff. Overall great experience and I will come here again and refer to my friends and family. Mesut was our server and he did an excellent job to take care of us.

Had amazing an amazing dinner for my parents anniversary. The servers were on point, helpful, and hospitable. The meat was tender, the bread was light , the deserts were freshly made, and the atmosphere is amazing. Feels like a luxury lodge.

Istanbul Bay Premium is generally pretty good, but not spectacular. The restaurant is big and the decor is nice. Getting reservations is hard and they have to be made well in advance. Almost no chance for same day reservations. Food quality is good, but it is not the best Mediterranean/ Turkish I've ever had, though very decent. Service is OK, but we had to get the servers attention as he kept running around and did not check on us often. Prices are reasonable.

Food was absolutely delicious! Got the falafel as an app and chicken Alfredo and lamb saute. Everything was delicious and service was very nice as well. Love the scented hot towel at the end .

My last trip to Istanbul Bay Premium was amazing. The food was fantastic, and the service by Mert was first-rate. An unforgettable dinner experience was created by attentive service by Mert and delicious food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal blend of fantastic service and wonderful food.
